Is there an elevator in the townhouse?
Unfortunately, there is no room for an elevator in our old townhouse from 1890. The upper floors can therefore only be reached via our beautiful, historic, wooden spiral staircase. We will be happy to help you with your luggage: please contact us if you need assistance.
When and how can I book the wellness area?
What does the wellness area offer and what are the rates?
The wellness area includes a soft sauna (a mixture of hammam and Finnish sauna), a rain shower, light therapy with muscle-relaxing infrared light or vitamin D-stimulating, filtered UV light.
Reserve our private wellness area just for yourself and enjoy.
The rates are from 40€ for 2 people. Each additional person costs 15€, incl. Refreshments, bathrobes, slippers and 2 large sauna towels.
The wellness area of the Townhouse is for hotel guests only and is always reserved exclusively. This way you will find all the peace and quiet you need to relax.
Are there residential units that can be connected to each other?
If I am traveling with a baby, can I get a baby travel cot?
Can I shorten my stay or bring forward my departure?
If you book directly with us, we can issue you with a voucher for the remainder of your stay, provided you inform us 48 hours before departure.
