You can relax, detox and warm up after a long walk along the coast in the beautiful atmosphere with red brick, rock and wood walls.
Our private wellness area in our beautiful vaulted cellar is now available for your exclusive use. It is reserved for guests of Townhouse Trouville only and can only be used by one family/couple at a time.
We will therefore always reserve and prepare it exclusively for you on request.

Our wellness area is at your disposal:
A BIO-SAUNA – with aromatherapy (approx. 60 degrees Celsius)
(a bio-sauna is a MIX OF A FINNISH DRY SAUNA AND HAMAM/ STEAM SAUNA: here you can take a wonderfully relaxing soft steam bath)
A RAIN SHOWER followed by LIGHT THERAPY
You are free to choose what you feel like:
– Press a button to select light therapy with INFRARED LIGHT TO RELIEVE MUSCLE TENSION.
– Press a button to select light therapy with FILTERED UV LIGHT TO START THE PRODUCTION OF VITAMIN D IN THE SKIN and ENJOY YOUR VITAMIN D SHOWER

We can also provide a fruit bowl or champagne and snacks for you. Please feel free to contact us.
Did you know: In the country where saunas originated, the sauna is a nudist area because you are alone with your family/partner. It is your choice what you decide on.
Please make sure that you always sit or lie on one of the large sauna towels so that no sweat gets onto the wooden benches for reasons of hygiene.
