The patio can be wonderfully privatized for parties and receptions.
Birthday receptions, anniversaries and company meetings have already been held here. Especially if the whole house is occupied by you, your family or friends for a birthday weekend or family reunion, for example, the patio is also available to you for this time in addition to the whole house and can be furnished with tables and benches and also covered with a large party tent.

Soirée Cocktail "The Divan of Trouville-sur-Mer"
For a cocktail reception on the occasion of a wedding or birthday, we decorated the patio in consultation with the hosts and set up a buffet on one side. Bar tables are used to break up the atmosphere and offer the opportunity to set out food and drinks.25 to 30 people is the maximum number of guests for a mixed standing reception with just a few seats.
Champagne reception "Belle Époque in Trouville-sur-Mer"
Every first weekend in September, friends of the “Belle Epoque” meet in Trouville-sur-mer for a big day on the beach with an elegant picnic in the old tradition of the turn of the century.Downton-sur-Mer: Sea bathing at the turn of the century around 1900 in Trouville-sur-Mer is now the official title of this meeting.
All participants appear in wonderful original costumes from the turn of the century or in costumes that have been lovingly recreated in authentic style. Classic beach games are played and tents are set up. You really feel like you’ve traveled back in time.In 2021 – on the occasion of the 11th meeting – the Townhouse Trouville hosted a champagne reception for the German delegation, who had come all the way from Trier (Germany) and the surrounding area for this special celebration.
Family reunion
For various occasions, such as here for a family reunion, we redesigned the terrace accordingly and set a large table with seated food for 10 to 12 people for lunch and/or dinner.A catering company prepared the selected dishes. However, it is of course also possible to cook your own meals in the apartments and enjoy them together.
However, the large tables can also simply be set up as a buffet, where the food is then placed and offered with rechauds for self-service. There is room for up to 25 people to eat at the bar tables.
